  • Showroom Sales Consultant

    Join one of our 30+ showrooms in the Maryland/Virginia area. A passion for sales & design a must. Experience in the home furnishings industry a plus. We provide paid training and continued support. Excellent compensation/benefits package.

  • In-Home Sales Consultant

    Join our In-Home Sales Consultant team in the greater Baltimore and Washington D.C. metro areas. Excellent communication skills required; experience in interior design and/or the home-furnishings industry is a plus. Must have a good driving record. We provide paid training, and all the tools you need to succeed. You provide the passion for design and the desire to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Excellent compensation/benefits package.

  • Office Coordinator

    Next Day Blinds, is looking for the next great Office Coordinator to provide routine clerical and administrative support to all departments and members of management within the organization. This support includes, but is not limited to the greeting of corporate visitors, answering telephones, providing customer assistance, data processing and recordkeeping. The ideal candidate must be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, adaptable to change and a self- starter. 2-3 years of office administration experience strongly preferred.

  • Installation Technicians & Helpers

    Measure and install window coverings. We provide in-depth training on all our product types; experience in installation, carpentry, construction, and in-home service is a plus. A good driving record is a must. Competitive salary, bonuses, excellent benefits package.

  • Vice President of Services

    Next Day Blinds is planning to double in size within the next 5-7 years and this position has been created in order for the business to be better positioned to scale for growth. This will be accomplished by increasing installation capacity, integrating all aspects of the service group while continuing to improve Customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to lead by example, be passionate about success and have the ability to see things through the eyes of the customer. They must be able to demonstrate experience with management of diverse teams, understand fleet management, build successful and engaged teams and derive insights from data and respond with creative solutions.   • District Manager – In Home Sales

    Next Day Blinds, is looking for the next great In Home Sales District Manager to be responsible for the overall success of multiple In Home Sales consultants. This position is accountable for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue, the overall profitability of their decorators, and the development of new and tenured sales consultants within their district. The District Manager is required to maintain Next Day Blinds’ brand message by executing all company programs and best practices that focus on ensuring the highest probability of the best possible outcome for the customer. They ensure sales consultants uphold NDB operational standards and act as a liaison to the corporate office to develop and implement programs and initiatives for their sales consultants. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university and 5 years outside sales experience.

  • Customer Care – Team Lead

    Next Day Blinds is looking for the next great Customer Service Call Center Team Lead to provide support supervisory coverage for our call center. The Team Lead will assist on evenings and weekends to ensure volume management and team oversight is achieved. The ideal candidate must me a results driver, effective communicator and adaptable to change. In addition, the candidate must have 3-5 years call center experience. 1-2 years leading a team of best in class call center representatives and bilingual a plus.
