  • Showroom Sales Consultant

    Join one of our 30+ showrooms in the Maryland/Virginia area. A passion for sales & design a must. Experience in the home furnishings industry a plus. We provide paid training and continued support. Excellent compensation/benefits package.

  • In-Home Sales Consultant

    Join our In-Home Sales Consultant team in the greater Baltimore and Washington D.C. metro areas. Excellent communication skills required; experience in interior design and/or the home-furnishings industry is a plus. Must have a good driving record. We provide paid training, and all the tools you need to succeed. You provide the passion for design and the desire to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Excellent compensation/benefits package.

  • Installation Technicians

    Measure and install window coverings. We provide in-depth training on all our product types; experience in installation, carpentry, construction, and in-home service is a plus. A good driving record is a must. Competitive salary, bonuses, excellent benefits package.

  • Customer Service Specialist

    Next Day Blinds is looking for an exceptional Customer Service Specialist to represent our brand and wow our customers. The ideal candidate is motivated and a self starter. If you share our passion for the customers we serve, the merchandise we sell and the work we do, this is a place for you to build a rewarding career. The ideal candidate will have 1 – 3 years Customer Service or dispatch experience in a call center environment. Bilingual a plus.

  • Customer Care – Team Lead

    Next Day Blinds is looking for the next great Customer Service Call Center Team Lead to provide support supervisory coverage for our call center. The Team Lead will assist on evenings and weekends to ensure volume management and team oversight is achieved. The ideal candidate must me a results driver, effective communicator and adaptable to change. In addition, the candidate must have 3-5 years call center experience. 1-2 years leading a team of best in class call center representatives and bilingual a plus.

  • Assemblers–1st and 2nd shift, Blinds and Shutter Departments

    Next Day Blinds is looking for full time Assemblers and Operators for our Blinds and Shutter departments, 1st and 2nd shifts. This exciting opportunity has immediate positions available out of our Jessup, MD office.   • Quality Assurance Auditors

    Next Day Blinds is looking for Quality Assurance Auditors for our manufacturing facility located in Jessup, MD. We have two exciting opportunities available. If you share our passion for excellence, join the Next Day Blinds team that provides world-class customer service from sale to window treatment installation. Multi-lingual a plus!

  • Field Manager

    Next Day Blinds is looking for a Field Manager who will manage and train Installation Technicians to ensure they maximize completion percentage and customer service performance results. Engage technicians in productive and constructive dialog and coaching sessions to improve Technician engagement, retention, job enrichment and overall skillset. Conduct weekly ride along activities (at least 3 per week) overseeing the Technician&39;s interactions with Customers, to aid in the proper method for greeting and servicing in accordance with our Brand Standards and manage/complete Technician payroll and related administrative tasks as required. Schedule and execute upon weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with assigned Technicians, listen to their feedback and support them in their career advancement initiatives.

  • Production Manager

    Next Day Blinds, a dynamic growing manufacturer and the leading window coverings retailer in the greater Washington DC-Baltimore metropolitan area is looking for a Production Manager for our Blinds manufacturing department. This exciting opportunity has an immediate position available out of our Jessup, MD office. Join Next Day Blinds and join a team that provides world-class customer service from sale and manufacture to window treatment installation.

  • Front Office Administrative Assistant

    Next Day Blinds is looking for a Front Office Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for participation in general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects. Will handle incoming phone calls to the company and interact with internal and external customer with a high level of professionalism and effective manner. The incumbent will maintain detailed calendars, prioritize meeting requests and related logistics for the President and CEO of the company. They will also prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, reports and other documents.

  • Tracker

    Next Day Blinds is looking for a Tracker who will be responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers and company employees through effective communication, high level of professionalism and the ability to problem solve. A Tracker must be able to effectively communicate with technicians and customers concerning expected arrival times and have the ability to resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate any schedule changes. A tracker must be able to provide problem resolution with customers and if unable to resolve customer issues, elevate to the next level of managements in a timely manner.

  • Measurer

    Next Day Blinds, is looking for a Measurer who will be responsible for preparing and taking correct measurements and make application suggestions to Sales for our products according to company standards. The incumbent will provide correct information to the sales staff for ordering products and the ability to give technical drawings to the productions department. They will also be providing detailed instructions to installers for installation.
