We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to assist and support the finished goods warehouse in the staging and storage of finished product. The incumbent will assist with processing of returned goods, salvaging dead inventory for re-use/recycle, and maintain cleanliness of the warehouse. The position also involves nightly communication to the service department for any issues or concerns pertaining to the following day's installation schedule, delivery of time critical freight and remote location deliveries.
Industrial Engineering Techinican
Next Day Blinds is looking for an Industrial Engineer Technician who will use principles and theories of engineering and their knowledge of modern technology to solve problems and improve processes in the manufacturing environment. The IE Tech will consistently follow and uphold Next Day Blinds core values of communication, customer centricity, and floor sweeping. The IE Tech will also support our success through continuous improvement, promoting a positive work environment, and leveraging state of the art technology.
Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift
Next Day Blinds, is looking for a Production Supervisor who will be directly overseeing employees and production of industry leading window blinds and shades. The incumbent will be responsible for supervising 15-30 employees handling all aspects of the operation ranging from scheduling employees, safety training, cross training, adhering to the highest levels of quality standards and daily completion of dynamic “Next Day” production schedule.
Next Day Blinds, is looking for a Production Lead who will be directly overseeing employees and production of industry leading window blinds and shades. The incumbent will be responsible for supervising 5-20 employees handling all aspects of the operation ranging from scheduling employees, safety training, cross training, adhering to the highest levels of quality standards and daily completion of dynamic “Next Day” production schedule.
Front Office Administrative Assistant
Next Day Blinds is looking for a Front Office Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for participation in general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects. Will handle incoming phone calls to the company and interact with internal and external customer with a high level of professionalism and effective manner. The incumbent will maintain detailed calendars, prioritize meeting requests and related logistics for the President and CEO of the company. They will also prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, reports and other documents.
Quality Assurance Auditors
Next Day Blinds is looking for Quality Assurance Auditors for our manufacturing facility located in Jessup, MD. We have two exciting opportunities available. If you share our passion for excellence, join the Next Day Blinds team that provides world-class customer service from sale to window treatment installation. Multi-lingual a plus!
Measure and install window coverings. We provide in-depth training on all our product types; experience in installation, carpentry, construction, and in-home service is a plus. A good driving record is a must. Competitive salary, bonuses, excellent benefits package.
In-Home Sales Consultant
Join our In-Home Sales Consultant team in the greater Baltimore and Washington D.C. metro areas. Excellent communication skills required; experience in interior design and/or the home-furnishings industry is a plus. Must have a good driving record.
